SAP has developed from a standard package to a huge platform with all kinds of packages and tools. The traditional SAP R/3 implementation has been replaced by an integral SAP Solution based on services, in which NetWeaver plays an important part. Because of this service orientation, the development of SAP-Solutions will be more and more characterised as a service oriented IT project. This is why specific competences like Business Analysis, Functional Design and Testing are playing a more important role than before in an SAP environment. Learning about these specific competences is becoming vital for an SAP Professional. But it is even more important to be able to use these specific competences in an SAP environment.
