    What is Agile Coach

As an Agile Coach you guide the development of the organization into an Agile organization. This development exposes bottlenecks at all levels. This provokes resistance and offers opportunities for improvement.
You are asked to propagate the Agile philosophy - in practice this is often the Scrum framework. You create cooperation between the organization (and its rules and procedures) and the teams. You coach and advise the various parties involved and stimulate Agile development step by step.
During the training you will learn to fill in your role from different perspectives: as a teacher, mentor, facilitator, (team) coach, change agent or sparring partner. And certainly also as a role model!
We work with cases, based on situations you recognize from your own day to day work. Your personal development as an Agile Coach is the common thread.
The cases deal with your role at organizational level, at team level and at individual level. You will be provided with models and theory that will sharpen your observation and assessment skills. You practice the skills you need.
The training consists of 3 training days and four training / intervision sessions of half a day. The lead time is several months, so you can put what you have learned into practice.
