How does STAP work?

STAP allows you to apply for a training budget of up to 1,000EU to invest in professional and personal development. We believe training and personal growth are essential in IT, and thus we fully support this initiative. You can enroll in all eligible courses up to 1,300EU free of charge. STAP covers up to 1,000EU, and Capgemini Academy covers the remainder when applicable. The next enrollment period for the STAP budget opens on May 1, 2023. Act fast, as the available budget runs out quickly.

Mention 'STAP' in the comment section when enrolling, and we'll provide you with proof of registration that you can use for your STAP application.
