    What is Agile Business Analysis (AgileBA®) Foundation

    The Agile Business Consortium has developed an Agile framework based on the knowledge and experience gained in years of implementing projects according to the DSDM methodology. This framework describes the lifecycle of Agile product development and identifies the various roles within an Agile team.
    The Business Analyst has a crucial role within an Agile team; it is the connecting role between, on the one hand, the Solution Development Team and, on the other hand, the Project Team including the Business Sponsor and the Business Visionary roles.
    Especially for Business Analysts working in an Agile environment, the Agile Business Consortium has designed the Agile Business Analyst training and certification. This training is also very suitable for Business Analysts who want to make the transition from traditional project management to Agile.
    During this training you will gain knowledge of the Agile Framework (processes and roles) and the role of the Agile Business Analyst within the context of an Agile team. You will get an overview and insight in a wide range of different techniques and tools that contribute to an effective business analysis.

     
     

    Who should attend Agile Business Analysis (AgileBA®) Foundation

    This training is suitable for:

    • Business analysts in an Agile environment
    • Experienced business analysts who want to implement the transition to Agile
    • Product developers who want to progress to Agile BA

    Prerequisites

    Some knowledge of business analysis is preferred
    During this training you need a laptop with access to internet.

    • Understanding of the work of the Business analyst in an Agile environment
    • Understanding of the roles and associated responsibilities within teams working according to an Agile method
    • Preparation for the APMG AgileBA Foundation Exam

    This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam.
