What is Agile Project Management (AgilePM®) Practitioner training
Agile projects also have to be managed too. A good approach for this is Agile Project Management (Agile PM) based on DSDM. Agile Project Management is ideal for managing projects which are composed of multiple Scrum teams.
This training is the logical continuation of the Agile Project Management Foundation® training and focuses on more detail behind the the methodology. It is specifically designed for project managers.
Some of the topics: the role of the project in relation to other roles, processes and products; MoSCoW prioritization and time boxing; requirements, estimating, measuring, quality and risk.
Agile Project Management is described in the Agile Project Management Handbook (version 2, we assume that you have this book in your possession from the Agile Project Management Foundation® course).
This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam.
The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training. Shortly after the start of the training you will receive a voucher with which you can reserve your exam.
Bear in mind that you must plan your exam at least 5 working days in advance.

The training Agile Project Management Practitioner is primarily intended for project managers who implement projects in an agile environment.
The training will prepare you for the exam APMG Agile Project Management Practitioner. We assume that you have followed the Agile Project Management Foundation course, prior to this training.Prerequisites
Before you participate in this training you must have followed the Foundation training. To take the exam, you must be in possession of the Foundation certificate.
Objectives
After following the training Agile Project Management Practitioner you will be able to manage projects in an Agile environment according to the DSDM Agile Project Management method. The Agile Project Management Practitioner training will prepare you for the Agile Project Management Practitioner APMG exam.
Exam Information- Exam duration (minutes): 150 min
- % extra time for non-native speakers: 25%
- Number of exam questions: 80
- Minimum to pass out of total questions: 40
- Exam style: Multiple choice
