    What is Growth Hacking: Master of Growth

    As the person responsible for growth in your business today, what you need is a new, more dynamic approach. An approach that understands different perspectives in the customer journey and the synergies between different ways of working; growing from marketing, sales and/or product.

    • What can we learn from SaaS companies and how to apply this to your situation? And what are the key Growth Frameworks we can use?
    • How to realize growth from within the product or service itself. (product Led Growth)
    • Growth Hacking starts with understanding your customer, their needs and their journey. We work with the Growth Model Canvas to map all growth opportunities in the customer journey.

    Module 3: Growth Strategy (Building Sustainable Growth)

    • You've validated your product-market fit. How do you reach more customers form a Marketing Led Growth Perspective?
    • We will focus on the full funnel and how to accelerate growth.
    • We teach you to quickly set up experiments and build minimum viable funnels. We take you through a number of tools and tactics for collecting data and insights. Both qualitative and quantitative.
    • We connect all the steps and perspectives using your own case. And turn this new knowledge into a concrete and efficient growth strategy that you can use for your own business. We show you the building blocks you need. And we zoom in on what the ideal growth team looks like. Set goals together and work on all the steps in the Growth Hacking process.
