What is Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt
During this LSS Orange Belt training you will learn the theory and practice it during exercises to solve non-complex problems in a structural manner. In general, we tent to solve problems quickly, but we do not check if the problem is really solved. This firefighting results in a quick restart of the process, but the problem often returns.
During this training you will learn how to really solve problems, make processes more Efficient and more effective. This will result in doing more with the same amount of people without working harder, by working smarter.
This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam.
The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training. Shortly after the start of the training you will receive a voucher with which you can reserve your exam.
Bear in mind that you must plan your exam at least 5 working days in advance.

The Leen Six Sigma Orange Belt training is suitable for:
- Starters at the beginning of their career,
- Anybody working in a Lean or Lean Six Sigma (LSS) organization or in a LSS project or is going to participate in a LSS project,
- Anybody who want to execute a non-complex improvement project in a structural manner,
- Participants that want to continue to the Lean Green Belt training,
- Anybody who wants to learn the basics of the Lean Six Sigma principles and the some tools that accompany them.
Prerequisites
No prerequisites needed to participate on this training. You do need to bring a laptop with Microsoft Excel installed.
Objectives
After this training and acquiring your Internationally accredit LSSA-certificate by passing the exam, you as Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt can lead small improvement projects or be a team member in a LSS project.
The participant has knowledge on these topics:- Lean Six Sigma terminology,
- Lean improvement tools Waste, Flow, Pull en Value stream analyse
- How to solve a problem or improve a process in a structured way,
- The different improvement tools, when and how to use them,
- How to make a process faster, better and more stable by eliminating waste.
