What is Management of Portfolios (MoP®) Practitioner
Management of Portfolios (MoP®) is the standard of Axelos for Portfolio Management. MoP® provides a framework for defining and delivering (change in) portfolios. Have you obtained the Foundation Certificate in Management of Portfolios and knowledge and experience in setting up and/or management of change portfolios? Then you can follow this training with the objective of better application in practice and to prepare for the MoP® Practitioner Exam.
The training Management of Portfolios Practitioner provides participants with an intensive introduction to the methodology and prepares them for the MoP® Practitioner Exam.MoP® is a registered Trade Mark of AXELOS Limited, used under permission of AXELOS. All rights reserved.
Who should attend Management of Portfolios (MoP®) Practitioner
The training Management of Portfolios Practitioner focuses on (portfolio) managers, line managers, consultants or senior staff of a portfolio, program or project office, who want to know more about portfolio management.
Participants are expected to have experience in defining and managing portfolios and in the possession of the Management of Portfolios Foundation certificate. Some knowledge of PRINCE2® and MSP® is advisable.Prerequisites
Participants are expected to have experience in defining and managing portfolios and are in possession of the Management of Portfolios Foundation certificate. Some knowledge of PRINCE2® and MSP® helps to better understand the guideline.
Objectives
The Management of Portfolios Practitioner training course gives participants an intensive introduction to the methodology and prepares them for the MoP® Practitioner Exam.
Exam information
This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam.
The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training. Shortly after the start of the training you will receive a voucher with which you can reserve your exam.
Bear in mind that you must plan your exam at least 5 working days in advance.
