The training/workshop is a unique mix of theory & practice, optimized for the best learning experience.
This official scrum.org training helps you prepare for the PAL I -certifcation. At the end of the training, you will receive a voucher for this certification exam.Who should attend Professional Agile Leadership - Essentials
This training is aimed at leaders who are involved in the adoption of Agility in their organization:
- Managers who are responsible for one/more Scrum teams
- Scrum Masters and Product Owners
- Managers or leaders who are responsible for developing people in the Scrum teams (HR/PMO managers)
- Senior Executives who act as a sponsor for the Agile transformation and want to know how to develop the leadership for the Agile transformation
Prerequisites
Participants can get the best results from this training if they:
Know the Scrum Guide
Pass the (free to take) Scrum Open Assessment
Having good prior knowledge of the Scrum Framework
Have experience with leading Scrum teams
Have read a book written by Ken SchwaberObjectives
After this training, leaders will understand more about how Agile can add value to their organization and how they can provide support for creating a successful Agile culture.
Participants will be prepared to lead Agile teams and remove obstacles to more mature Agile teams:- Professional introduction of Agile and connecting Agile with the most important business objectives
- Insight into a model for growth into a mature Agile organization
- Understand how Agile principles and values can lead to better results and solve organizational challenges
- Understand what is needed to create an Agile culture, focused on continuous improvement and delivering value
