    What is Scrum Kickstart

    Nowadays, almost all organizations are engaged in the application of agile methods and in this training you are introduced to a number of different agile methods, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and DevOps.
    The focus in the training will be on Scrum, because Scrum is the most widely used Agile development method worldwide. Scrum is a framework for the development and maintenance of complex products and is described in the Scrum Guide.
    In this one-day training you learn and experience what the Agile principles entail; how Scrum fills in this; what parts Scrum consists of and how you deal with this in practice.
    In addition, we look at the differences between the different methods. What is DevOps? When do you use Kanban? What is SAFe?
    The Scrum Kickstart training is the first logical step in the knowledge development of agile methods. After following this Scrum Kickstart training you have at least a good understanding of the roles, events and artefacts on which Scrum is built. But you have also become acquainted with practical tools, such as a backlog, planning poker and user stories.


    Who should attend Scrum Kickstart

    The Scrum Kickstart training is important for anyone who has not previously been trained in agile methods and would like to know more about scrum and a number of other agile methods such as kanban, devops and SAFe.
    The training is suitable for people with roles such as analyst, designer, developer, engineer, programmer, testers, as well as for managers or those involved in the business. The training is certainly not technical in nature.
    If you already have some prior knowledge of Scrum and you want to certify for Scrum Master of Product Owner, register for the Scrum Master Training and Scrum Product Owner Training respectively.


    No entry level applies to this training.


    After following this training you will at least have a good understanding of the roles, events and artifacts that Scrum is made of. But you have also been introduced to practical tools such as planning poker and user stories.
