• Implementing SAFe® with SPC certification training

  • Partner Training

The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is the leading framework that you can use to implement the Lean / Agile / DevOps way of working throughout your entire organization. But as with every framework, the following applies: implementation is made-to-measure and must be done wisely. If you don't do that, you run the risk at SAFe that you end up in a bureaucracy with top-down command and control control, and that's not so agile ... If you want to implement SAFe successfully, then the Implementing SAFe training is THE training for you! The first two days give you a total overview of SAFe. Analogous to the Leading SAFe training, but from the coaching and training perspective: how can you transfer it to others? On the third and fourth day of the training, the focus is entirely on implementing SAFe, based on the SAFe Implementation Roadmap. Prepare for four intensive training days and the necessary self-study! Do you want to know more about Implementing SAFe? Then download this brochure.
