    What is Scrum Kickstart

Nowadays, almost all organizations are engaged in the application of agile methods and in this training you are introduced to a number of different agile methods, such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and DevOps.
The focus in the training will be on Scrum, because Scrum is the most widely used Agile development method worldwide. Scrum is a framework for the development and maintenance of complex products and is described in the Scrum Guide.
In this one-day training you learn and experience what the Agile principles entail; how Scrum fills in this; what parts Scrum consists of and how you deal with this in practice.
In addition, we look at the differences between the different methods. What is DevOps? When do you use Kanban? What is SAFe?
