What is Architecture in Agile context - Practitioner

No experienced architect in an ICT organization can work without it and all will come into contact with an Agile method, in any form whatsoever.
Scrum teams are used to deliver short-cycle results, but they do need collaboration with the architects.
You often see that the architect picks up agile in addition to his normal work and then gets stuck and has insufficient effect in the agile context.
This training gives the architect answers to the following questions:

    • what is my role in and for the scrum teams,
    • how do I make the principles of architecture concrete,
    • how do I ensure that my role as an architect is demonstrably effective within the agile way of working?

After the training the architect is able to apply agile directly in his own daily practice and thus become an agile architect.

Who should attend the Architecture in Agile context - Practitioner

This training is meant for architects with some experience in agile work. From a model (SAFe), it is explained in a practical and applicable way how you can ensure that architecture can offer the right added value in an agile context.
By recognizable, everyday examples, the architect is enabled to link the architectural values to agile and he / she learns to become an agile architect.
By means of concrete assignments from an elaborated case, the architect can apply the learned directly to his / her own practice. The training focuses on software architects, solution architects, enterprise architects and business architects. Knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Agile and architecture is a requirement.
