At this time, the media are full of all kinds of issues that are related to Security. Privacy sensitive data are no longer safe, but are shared globally. Leaks in security software provide hackers with plenty of opportunities. Social media is used for information gathering.
Working in the cloud and working with your own laptop in many workplaces and in all kinds of networks makes the security risks even greater. For these reasons (and because Security is "hot"), it is important to know what you can or should do about these threats.
The training ISFS follows on from ISO/IEC27001 and offers you the chance to gain insight in all topics relating to the market recognized certification ISFS. The training is especially suitable for anyone who needs to know what conditions must be met within a company to comply with applicable laws and regulations.Who should attend Information Security Foundation (ISFS)
This training is designed for anyone in an organization who uses information. Examples are:
- compliance managers,
- employees within Legal departments,
- risk managers,
- buyers,
- IT specialists,
- information engineers,
- business analysts
- information managers.
The training is also applicable for small, independent business owners and beginning information security roles for who a basic knowledge of information security is required.
Prerequisites
No specific prior knowledge is required.
During this training you need a laptop with access to internet.Objectives
The aim of this training is to lay a solid foundation for your development within the Security field of expertise. The training covers all subjects that belong to the EXIN certificate ISFS Information Security Foundation. This ensures that the knowledge and insight gained has a solid place in the market.
Exam information
This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam.
The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training. Shortly after the start of the training you will receive a voucher with which you can reserve your exam.
Bear in mind that you must plan your exam at least 5 working days in advance.
