    What is UX Awareness

    A good user experience is often the key to the success of a product.
    How often do customers give a product a second chance if their first experience was a bad experience?
    If you are involved in the design of a product, it is of added value to design every aspect of the product in such a way that it matches the customer experience the customer expects.
    In this training you will work with user experience based principles, best practices and of course with cooperation in a team / project.

    This training is very interesting for everyone who wants to learn the basics of UX and add the added value of UX elements to (business) projects.

    Objectives

    Get insights on how you can improve your project with the help of your UX colleagues, how you can collaborate (for example SCRUM) with UX colleagues and what the real benefits are when you add UX to your team. Tips and tricks for improving your product when you do not have a UX team member and when the project is a fixed-price construction. Key factors can change the world of user experience. Experiment through assignments and an example of your own project or that of your fellow attendees. At the end of the course you know; what UX is, what the basic principles of UX are and how to apply UX in projects.
