  • What is Information Analysis

This training is a combination of problem analysis, change analysis and system modelling. You will learn, in an integrated approach, to identify and analyze problems in your working environment. On this basis, you can suggest changes to customers to aid with their decision making. These decisions can then be translated into a project definition. Morever you will learn to refine this definition and translate it into a blueprint for the to be developed information system. You can provide insight to your customers in the further consequences of change for their organization.

By the end of the course you will be able to:
    • Execute a company-focussed research and capture the result in a project definition; for further explanation see the problem analysis/ change analysis course
    • Perform and report on information analysis
The objective of information analysis is to further refine the proposed changes in the project definition so that the consequences of these changes are clear to the customer and can be reported to them. The emphasis here is focussed on the information oriented part of the project definition, but within the scope of the customer business operations as a whole.
