    The objective of this intensive, interactive workshop LEAD IT - Professional Communication is to make your professional communication more efficient and effective.
    You learn to listen more actively and reflectively at multiple levels, and to give better feedback in a professional manner. You also learn to report better, at the right abstraction level, tailored to the target group.
    We will work in an interactive, intensive manner in this workshop LEAD IT - Professional Communication.
    The following themes are introduced and together we delve into them:

    • Active listening
    • Reflective listening
    • Provide professional feedback
    • Transactional Analysis
    • Professional reporting
     
     

    Who should attend Professional Communication

    The target group for this training consists of professionals with a managerial or coordinating role. For example: team, project, program and department leaders, but also Product Owners and Scrummasters.
    Learn and experience in this intensive, interactive workshop how you can effectively influence your client (s), your stakeholders and your team members based on your leadership role. Experience how important it is to steer effectively by giving (and receiving) the right (core) message at the right level and from the right position.
    You also learn how you can better respond to this in daily practice as a manager and how you can further increase your effectiveness in your leadership.
