  • What is ITIL® 3 (2011) training including exam voucher

    ITIL® is the international standard for IT Service Management. It allows IT services to be delivered more efficiently and effectively, resulting in more satisfied customers. This ITIL Foundation course is based on the 2011 publication, the successor of ITIL v3.

    To fully act in an ITIL® based IT environment knowledge of ITIL® is necessary. So that everyone "speaks the same language." This training provides the basis for everyone working in an ITIL environment.

    You get an overview of this discipline and how to connect the processes and phases of ITIL®. We also look at it in the combination of Agile, so you as a participant can make the link between different methods and their implications for the design of ITIL®. The training will prepare you for the ITIL Foundation exam.

    This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam and on online -resit in case you do not pass the exam the first time.

    The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training. Shortly after the start of the training you will receive a voucher with which you can reserve your exam.
    You can make a reservation for one of our exam days or book an online exam at a time and place of your choice. Bear in mind that you must plan your exam at least 5 working days in advance.

  • Who is ITIL® 3 (2011) Foundation training including exam voucher

    This training is for people who carry out activities in ITIL® processes or involved with the establishment or improvement of IT Service Management environment.

     

    You are for example a:

    • Service desk employee

    • Change manager

    • Service manager

    • Delivery manager

    • Second line support employee

     

    In addition, this course is suitable for participants who want to gain insight into the latest version of ITIL, to obtain the ITIL® Foundation certificate or who want to attend a follow-on training in ITIL®.

     

    To conform to the international standard training the materials in English, so we recommend you to also take the exam in English if you do the training in English.
