  • What is ITIL® Intermediate: Continual Service Improvement

    The training ITIL® Intermediate Continual Service Improvement (CSI) is a practical training for professionals who have a role as service manager, IT manager or service coordinator or aspire and/or preparing for the ITIL Expert certification.

    During the training you learn to define and manage the processes and activities within the CSI phase of the ITIL® Lifecycle. The goal of CSI is to continuously align IT services with changing customer needs and constant improvements to the IT services. CSI focuses here on conducting efficient and effective processes and working more efficiently.

    The training consists of a combination of different forms of learning. The number of contact days are limited, without compromising on quality. To ensure optimal preparation you will receive access to an e-learning. This will be made available 2 weeks prior to the training. We expect you to complete this e-learning before the start of the training, on average this takes 24 hours of self-study. Take this into account in your planning.

    During the training you learn to define and manage the activity of the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) phase. The process, the principles, concepts and activities are extensively covered and you go deeper into the continuous improvement process of IT services and the continuous alignment of these services with the changing needs of the customer.

    After attending the course, you are ready for the official ITIL® Continual Service Improvement exam and if you succeed it will bring you one step closer to the ITIL® Expert certification.

  • Who is ITIL® Intermediate: Continual Service Improvement for

    The program is interesting for professionals who have a role as or aspire to the role of service manager, process manager, IT professional, IT manager or service coordinator and/or are preparing for the ITIL Expert certification.

     

    Participants in this course must hold the ITIL® Foundation certificate or ITIL® Foundation Bridge certificate. They must also have knowledge and management experience in the IT discipline, IT tools and their management, obtained by work experience (approximately two years) in a service management environment.
