  • What is ITIL® Intermediate: Operation Support and Analysis

    The training ITIL® Intermediate Operational Support and Analysis is a practical training that focuses on implementation processes and activities.

    The training is interesting for team leaders, process owners and administrators who are involved in managing, coordinating or conducting process activities. The processes in this are are Problem Management, Incident Management, Event Management, Access Management and Request Fulfilment.

    The training consists of a combination of various forms of learning . The number of contact days are limited, without compromising on quality. To ensure optimal preparation you will receive access to an e-learning. This will be made available 2 weeks prior to the training. We expect you to complete this e-learning before the start of the training, on average this takes 24 hours of self-study. Take this into account in your planning.

    During the training we go into the details of Operation Support and Analysis. We focus on the operational aspects of processes and you learn to perform them in practice.

    After attending the course, you are ready for the official ITIL® Intermediate: Operational Support and Analysis Exam, and if you succeed it will bring you one step closer to the ITIL Expert certification.

     

  • Who is ITIL® Intermediate: Operation Support and Analysis for

    The training is interesting for team leaders, process owners and administrators who are involved in managing, coordinating and executing management activities in the field of Event Management, Incident Management, Request Fulfilment , Problem Management , Access Management and Service Desk.

     

    Participants in this course must hold the ITIL Foundation certificate or ITIL® Foundation Bridge certificate. In addition, you must have knowledge and management experience in the fields of IT, IT tools and management thereof, obtained by work experience (approximately two years) in a service management environment.

     

    The exam is not included in the training. If you want to do the exam, book it via our website
