  • What is ITIL® Intermediate: Release, Control and Validation

    The training ITIL® Intermediate Release, Control and Validation is a practical training that focuses on the implementation of processes and activities.

    The training is interesting for team leaders, process owners and administrators who are involved in managing, coordinating or conducting process activities. The processes in this field are Change Management, Release and Deployment Management, Service Validation and Testing, Service Asset and Configuration Management, Knowledge Management, Request Fulfillment and Service Evaluation.

    The training consists of a combination of different forms of learning. The number of contact days are limited, without compromising on quality. To ensure optimal preparation you will receive access to an e-learning. This will be made available 2 weeks prior to the training. We expect you to complete this e-learning before the start of the training, on average this takes 24 hours of self-study. Take this into account in your planning.

    During the training we go into the details of Release, Control and Validation. You focus on the operational aspects of processes and you learn to perform them in practice. The training makes you ready for the ITIL® Intermediate: Release, Control and Validation Exam and certification and takes you one step closer to the ITIL Expert certification.

    The exam is not included in the training. If you want to do the exam, book it via our website

    This training is interesting for team leaders, process owners and administrators who are involved in managing, coordinating and implementing IT management activities in the area of ​​Change Management, Release and Deployment Management, Service Validation and Testing, Service Asset and Configuration Management, Knowledge Management, Request Fulfillment and Service Evaluation.

     

    Participants in this course must hold the ITIL Foundation certificate or ITIL® Foundation Bridge certificate. They must also have knowledge and management experience in the discipline of IT, IT tools and management thereof, obtained by work experience (approximately two years) in a Service Management environment.
