What is Dealing with change: Increase your psychological capital

Feeling comfortable in an environment where not everything is 'logical', where ambiguities are expressed as easily as ambiguity can be difficult.
Whereas IT people in the past were mainly guided by prescribed step-by-step plans (methods and techniques), in today's IT world guts are needed to dare to deviate from a plan and to do what is really needed.
The current dynamic time demands that you act on the basis of responsibility and ownership. You must make decisions yourself in situations where not all options have been worked out or are known.
This form of ambiguity (doing what is asked versus doing what you think is necessary) can lead to uncertainty and inactivity.
How do you work effectively in an ambiguous / dynamic work environment? We will research and develop the skills you need for this in this training.
We do this from a scientifically based theory and method from positive psychology, called psychological capital (PsyCap).
PsyCap is present in every person, the aim of the training is to increase this so that people are more resistant to stress and take on more creative challenges. With a larger psychological capital it is easier to cope with changes.
In addition to PsyCap, the mind-set theory of Carol Dweck is also central, we consider the value of a growth mind-set and how you can develop it.
