  • What is Problem Analysis

Organizations must constantly change. But why must they change? What problems are solved by changing? You want to be able to identify the problems, who is affected and how problems relate to other problems.

Accurately describing and quantifying problems allows an organization to set the right priorities. In order to do this, the organization needs the correct information. In this training you will learn to detect and clarify the problems, in an incremental approach, in a way that allows you to provide the correct advice to customers. You have been exposed to problem definition, for example, with the DMAIC phases of Six Sigma and in the RUP Problem Statement.

Being prepared is a prerequisite. We request that you take seriously the preparatory homework.
  • Who is Problem Analysis for

In your role are you required to ask "why" with change or a proposed solution (for example with the adoption of LEAN/Six Sigma or RUP in projects), then this training is for you. You role is for example:
    • Business Analyst
