  • What is Realistic persuasion

    How can you, with all due respect, convince others of you point of view? In this training you will learn some techniques from Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) that can help you. You discover on what signals you pay attention, how to bend objections and how you can elicit responses. Because of the different techniques you have learned to integrate and apply in practical situations, you increase your persuasiveness.
     
    'Say yes' and 'do No', does this happen to you sometimes? Central in this training on persuasion and influence techniques is the way we can really convince others with respect, without selling them short. By taking into account the large structure that persuasion has, you are able to exert effective influence. Techniques from Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) are used.
     
    After the training you can adapt your own behaviour towards that of another, and thereby directly influence their behavior. You can quickly and efficiently identify the interests of another and use them in meetings to identify and adjust blocking beliefs. You know also how to recognize, correctly interpret and provoke non-verbal objections. You learn to bend objections to improvements from your own proposal and align this proposal with the overall personality of the other, so that there is lasting influence.

    The training is designed for managers and employees who want to work on their personal contact, personal charisma and persuasiveness.
     
    It is required that you have a minimum of 4 years work experience.
