During this training the TMap Quality For Cross Functiional Teams book is used as a basis to discuss all 'Organizing' topics as described in this book in more detail. These topics are reflected against current practices and challenges within organizations to provide usefull insights how your own situation can benefit from these.
Examples of topics which will be discussed:- The VOICE model for realizing business value through IT delivery
- QA and test topics
- Chain tests within a team or across multiple teams
- Quality attributes and test varieties
- Personal, interpersonal and team skills for effective collaboration within and between teams
Who should attend TMAP Organizing built-in quality at scale
This training is relevant for all people within organizations which undergo a transition to a high-performance IT delivery (such as DevOps and Scrum) or want to improve there current way of working further. This includes all roles which are related to quality management, such as testers, developers, scrum masters, release train engineers, etc.
Prerequisites
This training requires basic knowledge about IT delivery in general and the Agile way of working specifically. Although not required, it is strongly advised to first obtain the certificate “TMAP: Quality for cross-functional teams”.
Objectives
This training allows you to gain experience with these topics through short introductions followed by relevant exercises and leaves plenty of room for sharing experiences between the participants.
Exam information- Exam duration (minutes): 90

- Exam style: Multiple choice
