SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence: Advanced Report Design (BOW320)

This 2-day course is designed to give you the skills regarding advance Web Intelligence features through the fiorified BI Launchpad. You will learn how to create Web Intelligence documents for your reporting and analytical needs: to implement synchronized and combined queries, to force input and output calculation contexts with extended syntax operators, to implement formulas with character and date functions. You will also learn how to use Web Intelligence as a data model in other Web Intelligence document and SAP Analytics Cloud and, in addition, how to use element linking and copy link options in hyperlink. Course based on software release: SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.3

 

Participants will gain the comprehensive skills and in-depth knowledge needed to apply alternative query and reporting techniques when creating complex Web Intelligence documents. After completing this course, participants will be able to create combined queries and use sub-queries. They will also be able to use character and date string functions, create variables using ""If"" logic, and redefine calculation contexts. They will learn how to link Web Intelligence documents using the hyperlink functionality and also create their documents using various SAP data sources.
