  • Wat is SAP Fieldglass: Advanced Rates

    In this 8-hour course (covered over 2 days), program administrators learn how to design and configure rates within SAP Fieldglass. Through a combination of lecture, demonstration, and in-app exercises, this interactive course will cover all areas of the Rates Administrative menu including both required and optional rate functionality. Students learn how to structure and upload rates into SAP Fieldglass, from basic to complex structures. Exercises are highly emphasized to provide significant hands-on experience in the classroom.
     
    By the end of this course you will:
    • Identify significance of rate design
    • Differentiate between various Rate Types, Components and MSP Fees
    • Build rates, rate groups and rate grids in the UI and in excel
    • Develop Rate Rules, Shifts and Rate Schedules
    • Recognize their impact on worker timesheet
    • Evaluate options for rate maintenance, both automated and manual
    • Execute upload of rate data using standard SAP Fieldglass connectors
