    The ‘Problem & Change analysis’ is a course that focuses on the importance of understanding and implementing change in organizations. It emphasizes the need for problem analysis to clarify and quantify problems, enabling the organization to set the right priorities. The course also covers change analysis, which involves mapping the problem area, analyzing causes, formulating solution alternatives, and analyzing their impact on the organization. This process facilitates the choice between different solution alternatives.

    • Project Managers: Who are responsible for overseeing projects and implementing changes.
    • Business Analysts: Who need to understand and quantify problems to help the organization set the right priorities.
    • Change Managers: Who are tasked with managing and implementing change in the organization.
    • Team Leaders: Who need to understand the impact of changes on their teams.
    • Department Heads: Who need to understand the broader impact of changes on the organization.
    Participants should have a basic understanding of organizational structures and change management principles. Several years of experience in a business environment will also be required.
