    What is Intercultural awareness

In our work we are increasingly deal with people from different cultures. Because we work together with other countries or organizations, but also within our own country or company, we are dealing with more and more cultures. How do these differences affect our collaboration? How do you deal with those differences?
In this training you will learn what cultural differences are and you will experience how this influences cooperation. To get a grip on the differences, we will discuss Erin Meyer's 8 cultural dimensions. Participants are also challenged to share and discuss their own examples and experiences with the group.
