What is Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) Practitioner
Managing Successful Programmes, or MSP®, just like PRINCE2® is part of the Axelos portfolio. As a governance model for programmes, MSP® connects seamlessly to PRINCE2®. Have you already earned your MSP® Foundation certification, and gained knowledge and experience with MSP® programme management? Then you can easily join our Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner training. The main objectiveis to enable you to apply the method in practice. With this training you are well prepared for the MSP® 5th edition Practitioner Exam.
During the training we go through the method carefully, we practice applying the methodology on scenarios and real-life situations and we practice the style of questions (Objective Test) of the MSP® Practitioner exam. During the training, the application of the MSP® knowledge is key. Contribution of your personal examples and experiences is necessary to increase the understanding of the applicability of the method.MSP® is a (registered) Trade Mark of AXELOS Limited, used under permission of AXELOS. Who should attend Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) Practitioner
The participants are expected to be highly experienced in project management and or have experience with program management. In addition,the participants are expected to have knowledge of PRINCE2® and MSP® Foundation.
You can only participate in the MSP® Practitioner Exam if you are in possession of the MSP® 5th edition Foundation certificate.Prerequisites

At the end of this training you will be able to apply the MSP processes, themes and principles in a practical situation. In addition, you are prepared, after sufficient self-study (at least 20 hours),to successfully complete the MSP practitioner exam.

This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam.
The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training. Shortly after the start of the training you will receive a voucher with which you can reserve your exam.
Bear in mind that you must plan your exam at least 5 working days in advance.
