The DevOps Xperience is a Lego game, giving participants the opportunity the learn about DevOps. In a couple of sprints, teams build a zoo, including animals, animal enclosures and facilities. All Scrum events are in there, and of course we have a Product Owner who wants to receive as much value as possible. After the game, participants look back on the game, match their experiences to the theory and reflect on their own situation.
The DevOps Xperience is designed for anyone who wants to know more about the Agile, Scrum and DevOps way of working and wants to get hands-on experience. Prior knowledge/experience with Agile, Scrum and DevOps is not necessary.

The objective of the DevOps Xperience is to gain insight into what the DevOps way of working is all about.
