    What is PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner

    Project managers are increasingly faced with an Agile approach to projects. PRINCE2 Agile offers you practical tools for tailoring PRINCE2 projects for your situation.
    The time in which a product must deliver value to the organization exists now in many projects. This is the most important success factor. With the creation of Agile working teams an attempt is made to make this time as short as possible. In large-scale project situations we see that, especially when multiple teams collaborate, coordination and control are needed. Therefore PRINCE2 Agile has been developed based on best practices from the field. It combines the power of existing Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to deliver products with the power of PRINCE2® to ensure that projects are managed and under control.

    Who should attend PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner

    This training is a must for all PRINCE2 Practitioners who want to take tailor their project for Agile environments. PRINCE2 Agile gives you the techniques and practical details, so you do not have to invent everything yourself. Both PRINCE2 and Agile principles are maintained.

    Prerequisites

    To attend this training course, at least Foundation-level knowledge of PRINCE2 and theoretical knowledge of Scrum is required. To take the exam, you must hold a digital file of a PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, IPMA, PMP, CAPM or PMQ certificate.

    In many projects today, the time when a product must deliver value to the organization is the most important success factor.
    With the creation of teams working Agile we try to keep that time as short as possible.
    In large-scale project situations, we see that, especially when several teams work together, coordination and control are needed. That is why PRINCE2 Agile is created.
    It combines the power of existing Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to deliver products with the power of PRINCE2 to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

    This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam.
    The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training. Shortly after the start of the training you will receive a voucher with which you can reserve your exam.
    Bear in mind that you must plan your exam at least 5 working days in advance.
