For a regular day course it is not possible to book an overnight stay at Capgemini Academy. There are several hotels in the neighborhood of our training centre, Reykjavikplein 1, Utrecht, The Netherlands.
All rates shown on our website are, unless noted otherwise, 'all in rates'. So you will not have any financial surprises afterwards. If you attend a course that takes place between 9 pm and 4.30 pm lunch is included. For courses that take place between 1.30 pm and 9.30 pm, dinner is included. For evening courses (6.30 pm - 9.30 pm), dinner is not included.
Yes, we have a parking facilities at all locations. The location of the parking depends on the training location.
Normally this isn't possible because this way we aren't able to guarantee the quality of service we promise. But we are more than willing to discuss a suitable solution. The solution also depends on the type of course.

After registering on the website you’ll receive an email with the request to confirm the course. When the request is confirmed you’ll receive a confirmation email from the Academy Customer Service within 48 hours. If you did not receive this email, please contact the Customer Service department at 030-6896600 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can register for the courses on our website. You can find the scheduled dates for each group course. For individual courses we will discuss the available dates with you. You can enter your preferred date on the registration form. Individual course are provided on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday.
Yes, this is possible. You can change the personal details in the digital learning environment in the right corner at the ‘User Profile’ pictogram.
After completing the course you will get one month’s access to the digital learning environment. Sometimes completed courses are not visible in the list of ‘registrations’, but you can find them at another location in the learning environment. You can find the courses under ‘Learning Center’ and then ‘Training Details’. If you cannot find the documents here please contact email@example.com.
Capgemini Academy provides a digital learning environment where you can attend webbased courses, download material, take quizzes, view your test results and communicate with the trainer and fellow attendants. For most of the courses you can also use this environment to order the course material, like books.

You can request a new password via the learning environment http://myacademy.capgemini.com/. You login name is the same as your e-mail address you used with the registration. You can reset the password by clicking on ‘generate password’.

The course can be ordered, free of charge, from the digital learning environment. To do so, please click 'Start' under the specific course in the digital learning environment.
This differs per course. If preparation is necessary, you can find the documents in the digital learning environment in ‘Reference Resources’ and then ‘Prework’. You can also see if you need to order a book.
You will get access to the digital learning environment two weeks prior to the start of the course. You can find the required materials for the course here. We recommend you to download all the documents in advance and save them on your laptop.
The course material is included in the price, including the book (if needed). For a small number of courses we request you order the book yourself, through a link we provide in the digital learning environment.
1 The customer shall be entitled to cancel the agreed training programme. Cancellation shall be done in writing or electronically, by which the cancellation date shall be the date upon which Capgemini Academy receives the cancellation. Within this framework, postponement of a training programme shall be considered to be a cancellation followed by a new application, by which this section is fully applicable.
2 The cancellation costs are as follows (expressed as a percentage of the agreed price): -
- up to twenty working days prior to commencement 0
- twenty to ten working days prior to commencement 50
- less than ten working days prior to commencement 100.
3 The customer shall be entitled to replace a participant registered for a training programme by a different person, providing this is reported to Capgemini Academy before the training programme commences. No costs are involved for replacements of this type.
You will receive the invoice after completion of the course. The payment term is 60 days.
You have taken an exam at an external certification institute (CITO, APMG or EXIN). You did get access to the portal where you can download the certificate. If you do not have access to the portal, you need to contact one of the institutes. Additional costs will be charged.
Exams and resits are bookable through our website or our customer services department. Would you like to retake an exam, the resit will be charged. You can make this booking through our website. You can receive an overview of all exam dates by contacting our Customer Services department by calling us at: 030-6896600.
A laptop/PC has to be connected to the internet and a certain speed is required. A webcam must be connected as well. Please check here if your laptop/PC is suited for an AnyTime AnyPlace exam.
You can find the cost per exam on the course page for the exam on the Capgemini Academy website.You can find the coursepage via the searchfunction. Type the name of the requested exam in the searchbox.
Capgemini Academy is an accredited educational institute. This gives us the possibility to test our students. This means you can only take exams if you also attended the course at Capgemini Academy. If you didn’t attend the course with us, then please seek for an examination institute.
Please check the cancellation conditions. In case of an exam, it is not possible to replace an attendant with another attendant.
