    At Capgemini Academy we believe that quality is of the utmost importance. That is why, for example, we evaluate all training courses that we deliver.

    We use the results of these evaluations to improve the quality of our services.


    However, it is possible that something is not according to your expectations. We will gladly and quickly resolve this.

    That is what our complaints procedure is for.


    You can report complaints to our complaints desk.

    • We will contact you by phone or in writing within 5 working days to confirm receipt of the complaint.
    • We will propose a solution within 4 weeks after confirmation.
    • If we need more time to investigate your complaint, we will of course let you know.
