Workplace Learning means that you learn exactly what you need. With the trainer you determine your specific objectives. Over a period of maximum 3 months and within your day-to-day work, you develop the competences you need through specific assignments and feedback. What is Handling Politics
Decisions made are sometimes different than we expected initially. What is behind this? Is there here a political game, of influence? Why do people say certain things or not and why do they say what they say now? How deos the political game actually work and what influence do you have?
When we become aware of political processes in our own organization, we have an additional opportunity to exercise influence. You can learn how in this competency training.

- You have insight into the organizational interests
- You can actively influence your network
Who should attend Handling Politics
The course is suitable for you if you have worked for several years in an organization. The training is very useful when you're dealing with decision-making.
The individual character of the training will ensure that it corresponds to your own experience and learning goals. You work with practical tasks, assignments with colleagues, and practice in your own work situation, perform self reflection and spar with your tutor.
Every week you discuss the completed assignments with your tutor by phone or mail. The total study is approximately three (working) days within a period of up to three months, depending on your learning objectives and time.
The training is tailored to the needs of the participants, whether you join a group course, or if you join an individual course like Workplace Learning.Prerequisites
No specific prior knowledge or prior education is required for participation in the training.
