    Prerequisites

    Participants are expected to:

    • distinguish user functions,
    • have knowledge of techniques used in functional descriptions of information systems

On the one hand by conducting a thorough analysis of the functional specifications of the system and on the other by converting those specifications into objective and measurable units.     • Use FPA to estimate work effort in new construction projects and application management
