Prerequisites
Participants should have prior knowledge of the concept of agile (the four core values and the twelve principles) and the Scrum framework (at the level of PSM I or PSPO I). Although these topics are also covered in the book that accompanies the course and are also exam topics, we do not spend time on them during the course. If you lack this prior knowledge, take our Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master course first.

At the end of the training you will be able to:
- Understand the lifecycle of an agile project, including the use of alternative configurations.
- Plan with agility to consistently deliver value as circumstances change.
- Understand the various roles and responsibilities that can improve connectivity between an agile team and the wider business.

The Agile Project Management for Scrum Handbook is included in this course, as well as a voucher for the official, internationally recognized APMG Agile Project Management for Scrum Foundation exam.
