What is Facilitating Workshops - Foundation

The time spent on consultations and meetings is rarely justified by the results. The interactions are not sufficiently constructive and objective focused, so that good results are not forthcoming. And often we need to start again.
As a facilitator, you are able to lead a group to a desired result. Think here of a solution, decision, plan, vision or strategy. You design a workshop where you use different methods to bring the group to consensus. The energy stays high! In less time more is achieved.
If you can facilitate, you can also make informal contact valuable and effective. You choose a format, which stimulates your energy, focus and creativity.
