Portfolio management is the establishment of a balance between the interests of business and the use of scarce resources, taking into account the risks and the strategic objectives of the organization to be achieved.
Management of Portfolios (MoP®) is the standard of Axelos for Portfolio Management. It forms an integrated whole with Best Practices models such as PRINCE2®.
This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam.
The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training. Shortly after the start of the training you will receive a voucher with which you can reserve your exam.
Bear in mind that you must plan your exam at least 5 working days in advance.

The training MoP® Foundation focuses on (portfolio)managers, line managers, consultants or senior staff of a portfolio, program or project office, who want to delve further into portfolio management.
Prerequisites
Participants are expected to have experience in defining and managing portfolios and are in possession of the Management of Portfolios Foundation certificate. Some knowledge of PRINCE2® and MSP® helps to better understand the guideline.
Objectives
At the end of this training you will be able to apply the MAGP in a practical situation. In addition, you are prepared to successfully complete the MOP practitioner exam after sufficient self-study (at least 20 hours).
Exam Information- Exam duration (minutes): 40 min
- % extra time for non-native speakers: 25%
- Number of exam questions: 50
- Minimum to pass out of total questions: 25
- Exam style: Multiple choice
- Open Book: No
