The ‘Managing Benefits™ Practitioner’ training is designed to address the challenges many organizations face with the business case as a tool for justifying investment in change. The training aligns perfectly with popular project work guidelines such as PRINCE2®, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®), and Management of Portfolios (MoP®). This training is an ideal follow-up to the Foundation course, focusing on the practical application of best practices discussed during the foundation training.

- Provide guidance for realizing these revenues as early and as fully as possible, including any unplanned benefits.
- Recognize and take into account the cognitive limitations that hinder effective benefit management.
