Every organization wants to use as many opportunities as possible. Implement effective projects, programs and jobs. The greatest possible result comes out of the investment you are doing.
Within your organization various ways that the opportunities and threats may arise are being examined. we can place opportunities and threats together under the heading 'Risk'. As we look from different perspectives at the risks, you can say that your risk management is not optimal.
Management of Risk describes an integrated approach to risk management for the entire organization. This allows you to involve everyone in risk management within your organization and you take care of a structure that encourages success.
In the course of Risk Management Foundation, we will teach you the basics for successful risk management, and we prepare you for the M_o_R Foundation exam.
This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam.
The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training. Shortly after the start of the training you will receive a voucher with which you can reserve your exam.
Bear in mind that you must plan your exam at least 5 working days in advance.

This training is for people who want to delve further into the application and implementation of Risk Management.
You work, for example, in a role as:- Corporate manager - end responsible for corporate governance and the overall risks facing your organization with it
- Program Manager - responsible for the risks in change programs and project risks in managing projects
- Operations Manager - responsible for managing risks that affect the continuity of your business
Or you are responsible for the implementation and execution of activities in the areas of :
- Risk Identification and evaluation
- Risk management at Programme of Portfolio level

- Risk management is looked at in different ways within your organization
- Projects, programs, the operation and strategic have their own way
- As a result, risk management is not carried out optimally
- With Management of Risk you have an integrated approach for the entire organization
- You involve everyone in risk management in your organization and you ensure a structure that invites success
In the Management of Risk Foundation training we teach you the basic concepts for successful risk management, and we prepare you for the M_o_R Foundation exam.
During the training you gain insight into the Principles of M_o_R, the Approach and the process that describes M_o_R. This is in line with ISO standardization for Risk Management, ISO31000.
Exam Information- Exam duration (minutes): 60 min
- % extra time for non-native speakers: 25%
- Number of exam questions: 75
- Minimum to pass out of total questions: 30
- Exam style: Multiple choice
- Open Book: No
