What is Scrum Master e-learning
Scrum is the most widely used framework for Agile software development. In contrast to the simplicity of the Scrum framework itself, applying it in reality is not simple. One of the success factors of Scrum is an effective Scrum Master .
In this e-learning, the focus will be on the roles and responsibilities of the Scrum Master. We will therefore focus on the topics of product vision, product backlog, user stories and releases. In addition, we will provide you with practical tools and discuss common practice situations that will help you to become a successful Scrum Master .
After completing the e-learning you can take online, at a chosen time and place, the test for worldwide accredited Professional Scrum Master Level I (PSM I) from scrum.org. In preparation for this test you will receive a set of sample questions to practice for this assessment.
This is the Scrum Master e-learning, which is especially useful if you already have some (theoretical) knowledge of Scrum. We also offer the more extensive two-day official Professional Scrum Master training from Scrum.org.Who should attend Scrum Master e-learning
Scrum Master e-learning is intended for anyone who aspires to work in the role as Scrum Master .
The training material and the PSM I assessment are in English.
The cost of the exam is included in the cost of training.
This training and the accompanying PSM I assessment have a major overlap with the Scrum Product Owner Training and the accompanying PSPO I assessment.Prerequisites
