So many people, so many differences. In this interactive and varied training you will learn that the way you view and interpret the world is a possible way and not the only way. You see that different behaviors complement each other, that different perspectives enrich the collaboration.
The training is based on the Insights model with the 4 colors and the 8 roles. You will receive your Personal Profile, which describes how you use the Insights colors. The emphasis is on insight into yourself, your own motives and behaviour. You also immerse yourself in that of others, such as team members or customers. This will help you understand how to connect better.
Insights Discovery's color language is easy to understand and remember. As a result, people continue to use this language daily to interpret behaviour.Who should attend Insights Discovery
You want to work on your personal development. For example, you have a managerial role, you have a lot of contact with customers, or you work in a team.
This training is also very suitable to follow with your team.Prerequisites
We ask you to complete the Insights Discovery questionnaire prior to the training, so that we can generate your Personal Profile.

You can recognize your strengths and pitfalls and can empathize with those you work with. You make a better connection with the people around you. You recognize the contribution of the different team members in a team, so that you achieve better results.
