The following themes are introduced and explored in real-life and online:- Presence: presence, charisma, appearance
- Profile: profiling on four levels: private, personal, professional and public.
The following questions are the subject of research and practice:
1. PRESENCE - presence, appearance, charisma- How do I present myself and how would I want to I present myself?
- literally and figuratively
- in person
- in my role as a manager (to my team, to my managers, to my peers)
2. PROFILE - private, personal, professional and public profile
- What is my professional profile and in which areas would I like to improve this?
- real life

3. PITCH - professional introduction of myself in my role
- What is my professional business card?
- What can I do, who am I, what do I want?
Who should attend Professional Presence & Profile
The target group for this workshop consists of professionals with a managerial or coordinating role. For example: team, project, program and department leaders, but also Product Owners and Scrum masters.
The goal of this intensive, interactive workshop Professional Presence & Profile is to improve your own professional presence and profiling, in "real-life" and "online". Intended results of this training are an improved awareness of what presence means and a strengthened personal and professional presence and profiling.
