Why lean?

By applying the Lean method, you can make your business processes 'leaner'. This means that waste in processes is eliminated (as much as possible). These are activities that do not add value for the customer or organization and for which the customer is therefore not willing to pay. Think of waste in terms of waiting times, stock or transport. Only process steps that do add value may remain. Lean therefore has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity and profit. A Lean training is a valuable investment for you as a professional and your organization.
