The Lean Green Belt training is a comprehensive course that combines theory and practical exercises to equip you with the skills to solve problems in a structured manner. The training not just emphasizes quick problem-solving but ensures the problem is truly resolved to prevent recurrence. You will learn to improve processes with the help of subject matter experts and understand the importance of change management in sustaining improvements. The training begins with a one-hour kick-off, followed by approximately 16 hours of e-learning. During the following training days, you will learn to make processes more efficient and effective, enabling you to do more work with the same resources, not by working harder, but smarter.
