What is BCS Practitioner in Modelling Business Processes

The exam training BCS Modeling Business Processes provides you with the tools to obtain the Practitioner Certificate in Modeling Business Processes.
The exam focuses on the business process aspects of the Business Analysis. In this training the three levels of the business process hierarchy will be discussed and how to model a process on these levels. Also, the gap between the as-is and the to-be situation and how to address this gap will be discussed. This training handles the way these skills are described in the BCS documentation. The focus of this training is on obtaining the diploma and less on the use of these techniques in practical situations.
