The exam training BCS Foundation in Business Analysis gives you tools to pass the Foundation exam.
You translate your business analysis knowledge into the techniques described in the book Business Analysis (Fourth edition). This book uses the Business Analysis Service Framework (BASF) as the basis for Business Analysis. The exam is mainly about the relationship of Business Analysis techniques with BASF, the theoretical aspects of the described techniques and the theoretically correct naming. Externally oriented techniques such as PESTLE and Porter's Five Forces, internally oriented techniques such as POPIT and VMOST, as well as IT supported techniques such as Context Diagram and Class Diagram are part of the exam.
This training is part of the process leading to the International Diploma in Business Analysis.Who should attend BCS Foundation in Business Analysis
This exam training introduces participants into the fundamentals of Business Analysis and focusses on preparation for the exam leading to the internationally recognized certification.
We expect you to have some basic knowledge of Business Analysis.
In addition to business analysts, this training is also suitable for you if you want to get a certification in Business Analysis and work in a role as:- Project manager
- Architect
- Information analysts
- System analysts
- Functional designers
- Functional admins
Prerequisites
You have already experience as a business analyst or you work closely together with business analysts and help them with the execution of their tasks.
Objectives
This training is specifically intended as a preparation for passing an internationally recognized diploma.
Exam information
This training includes a voucher for the official, internationally recognized exam.
The costs of the exam voucher are included in the price of the training. Shortly after the start of the training you will receive a voucher with which you can reserve your exam. Bear in mind that you must plan your exam at least 5 working days in advance.
