In group training, we use several learning methods to help you obtain the knowledge, give you helpful insights and get you inspired. Check the Spoken language and Language materials on the left for language info.

What is Core & Qualities
The aim of the LEAD IT - Core & Qualities workshop is to raise awareness of your own core values and core qualities and to recognize opportunities to better utilize them in your role as a manager. In addition, you learn to recognize and recognize other people's core values, core qualities and challenges better. You will also learn how you can better respond to this in daily practice as a manager.
We will work in an interactive, intensive manner in this workshop LEAD IT - Core & Qualities.
The following themes are introduced and deepened together:
Core values: origin and meaning of my personal core values
Core qualities: core qualities, pitfalls, allergies and challenges.
The following questions are the subject of research and practice:
1. CORE VALUES- What are my most important (core) values?
- What is the background?
- What meaning do they have for me?
- How does that show in my performance?
- * in person
- * in my role as a manager (to my team, to my managers, to my peers)
2. CORE QUALITIES
- Which (core) qualities do I have (developed)?
- What are the pitfalls of this?
- What are my allergies and challenges?
3. CHALLENGES
- How do I work on my challenges?
- What is my plan?
In this intensive, interactive workshop the underlying principles are first briefly discussed theoretically. After that, there will be mainly extensive practice with applications in your own daily practice.
Who should attend Core & Qualities
The target group for this training consists of professionals with a managerial or coordinating role. For example: team, project, program and department leaders, but also Product Owners and Scrummasters.
