What is Professional Scrum with Kanban™

Based on the DevOps trend, Scrum is increasingly being used by teams that are (partly) responsible for handling operational activities.
These activities are often characterized by the unpredictable moment at which they present themselves, combined with a high degree of urgency. Applying Kanban in combination with Scrum can help these teams well.
In this two-day Professional Scrum with Kanban training you learn how to apply Kanban within the Scrum framework. This training is an official training from Scrum.org.
After the training you can do the globally recognized Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK) assessment from Scrum.org online at a time and place of your choice.
